The Merritt Option 29" Tire is an up scaled version of the 20" size that has some unique tweaks to work better in the wheelie game. Merritt thinned the tread out ever so slightly to accommodate for some of the rotational mass on these big tires, making it more nimble an easier to control while the front wheel is in the air. The Option tire still uses a smooth center line for low rolling resistance paired with a connected side tread blocks to keep these tires fast yet grippy when they need to be. Merritt also added the "swerve wall" technology to their big tires. The "swerve wall" is an added soft compound into the sidewall that lets you cut up without any worries.
