The Park Tool Freewheel Tool (FR-1.3) is a 12 spline design used most commonly on Shimano based products. Park Tool also made sure to include a large through hole to accommodate 14mm axles as well. Also the quality you would expect from Park Tool with its heat treated tool steel construction. 

• Fits 12-spline tool fittings with an approximate outer diameter of 22.6 mm
• Center bore for axle clearance is 15 mm
• 1" hexagonal base can be used with 1" socket or wrench
