The Park Tool Freewheel Tool (FR-8) is made from a durable heat treated alloy tool steel, one inch base fits wrench or bench vise. Thin wall construction allows use without removal of cones and locknuts.  

• Removes four-notch freewheels from flip-flop BMX hubs with 30 x 1mm threads
• The FR-8 has four notches approximately 25mm across measured inside to inside
• Always use a skewer or axle nut to hold tool firmly in place during removal
